Ticketing and The Dynasty Program
Your ticket is a highly secure, non-transferable digital asset housed within the D.S. World app. Fares are categorized by flexibility and luxury tier, each offering distinct privileges. For our loyal guests, tickets purchased or upgraded entirely via Imperial Coins carry the exact same premium status and VIP protections as standard commercial fares.
Baggage and Ground Logistics
We have redefined luggage transport. While standard weight and size restrictions apply for safety, D.S. Airlines offers unparalleled allowances for premium guests. Our exclusive "Shadow Fleet" of logistics vans ensures that even the largest entourages are accommodated seamlessly on the tarmac.
Flight Operations and Security
Operating a network of over 420 routes requires absolute precision. While our D.S. Ops Control utilizes AI to maintain perfect schedules, circumstances such as severe weather or global air traffic restrictions may necessitate adjustments.
Conditions of Carriage Rules and Regulations
- Check-In Mandates: Passengers must complete digital or physical check-in at least 60 minutes prior to domestic departures and 120 minutes prior to international long-haul departures.
- Right to Refuse Carriage: The Captain and Ground Concierge hold absolute authority to refuse boarding to any guest demonstrating disruptive behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance.
- Baggage Liability: D.S. Airlines' liability for lost or damaged baggage is strictly governed by the Montreal Convention limits, unless a higher value is declared and insured prior to departure.
- Ticket Non-Transferability: All tickets are strictly assigned to the named passenger; transferring tickets or attempting to sell Dynasty reward flights will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of Imperial Coins.
- Health Declarations: Guests traveling with severe medical conditions must present a certified "Fit-to-Fly" document 48 hours prior to departure.
