The D.S. Care Ambulift
For guests requiring wheelchair assistance or elderly passengers, we have eliminated industrial high-lifts. Instead, you will board via our bespoke "D.S. Care" Ambulift—a climate-controlled, luxury-padded medical lift that connects directly to the aircraft door, preserving your comfort and dignity.
- Our Rules & Regulations: Guests requiring continuous oxygen or specialized medical equipment must notify D.S. Operations at least 48 hours in advance. "Fit-to-Fly" certificates from a registered physician are mandatory for passengers traveling post-surgery or with severe, unstable conditions.
